• Appointments booked via WhatsApp or the contact form are confirmed subject to availability.
• We request at least 4 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we can offer the slot to another patient.
• We reserve the right to decline appointments at our clinical discretion.
• Emergency walk-ins are accepted during clinic hours (9AM–10PM, 365 days) without prior appointment.

4. Treatment & Clinical Decisions

All clinical treatment decisions are made by our qualified dental professionals based on your individual examination and clinical assessment. Treatment plans presented are recommendations — final decisions rest with the patient, who must provide informed consent before any procedure commences. We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not clinically appropriate or if safe treatment cannot be provided.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices quoted on this website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are indicative. Exact pricing is confirmed at consultation.
• Payment is required at the time of treatment unless an EMI arrangement has been agreed in advance.
• 0% EMI is available on eligible treatments subject to terms of the financing provider.
• We accept cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
